Online Bill Pay
Utility Bills are due on the 15th of the month or the first business day after if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday. Utility disconnects for non-pay are 10 days after the bill is due. Please have your account number and payment amount available as the payment processor does not have access to our utility systems. Online Payments may take a couple of days to process, please keep this in mind.
**Note** We have upgraded our utility billing system. To pay your bill and create your account, please go to https://cityofgoodland.frontdeskgworks.com/. This new system will be able to show your past usages and bills. You will receive an email from frontdesk-1276@frontdeskgworks.com to confirm your account.
