The High Plains Museum will be offering a medical themed walking Cemetery Tour May 6 at 10:00 AM at the Goodland Cemetery.

This tour will explore Goodland and Sherman County’s medical history and those people that kept our community and its people healthy.  The Walking Cemetery Tour will take place Saturday May 6, at 10:00 AM and is free to the public.  This tour will feature three Sherman County medical professionals and one philanthropist, and we will learn these stories from the people themselves.  As this is a walking tour, we encourage you to wear your walking shoes and bring along anything else to aid you on our journey.  Please park outside the cemetery where staff will greet you and begin the tour.  Partnered with the High Plains Museum is the Cemetery Board and the Sherman County Historical Society.
