Sec. 19-1302. – Applicability – The Building Official shall require that all applications for building permits for new buildings or expansion of any existing buildings in multifamily, commercial and industrial zoning districts be subject to Site Plan Review in accordance with these regulations.
   a. Goodland Tech – 1205 Main St. – redesign building – updated plans.
4. Review Current Comprehensive Plan Update October 2000 for the City of Goodland – Chapters 1 thru 3; With new commissioner on board and as requested by Planning Commissioners at last meeting.
5. Review Zoning Ordinance – Article 4 District Regulations and Zoning Map; With new commissioner on board and as requested by Planning Commissioners at last meeting.
