Public Hearing for Zoning District Change – 905 W 16th St.
To whom it may concern and to all persons interested:
Notice is hereby given that at 6 p.m. on October 11, 2022, the City of Goodland Planning Commission, in the Second Floor Conference Room, at City Hall, 204 W. 11th Street, Goodland, Kansas, will consider the following application:
Zone change from the “R-1”, Residential—Single-family and two-family district to the “C-1” General business district for property legally described and generally located as follows:
SHARP’S ADDN TO GOODLAND, BLOCK 8, Lot 1 – 2
City of Goodland, Sherman County, Kansas,
(Property Address – 905 W 16TH Street)
As provided in the Goodland Municipal Code Zoning Regulations the above rezoning will be discussed and considered by the Goodland Planning Commission, and all persons interested in said matter will be heard at this time concerning their views and wishes; and any protest against any of the provisions of the proposed changes to the rezoning will be considered by the Commission. Property owners within 300 feet of such property described above, wanting to protest the proposed change will have fourteen days after the Planning Commission makes its recommendation regarding the requested rezoning to submit a protest petition to the office of the City of Goodland City Clerk. Protest petitions are available in the Inspection and Code Enforcement Department of the City of Goodland.
