Resolution 1529
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS:
That a hearing will be held on the 16th day of July, 2018, before the governing body of the City at 5:00 p.m. MST or as soon thereafter as may be heard at 204 W. 11th St., Goodland, Kansas, at which the owner, his or her agent, any lien holders of record, any occupant and any other parties in interest, as that term is defined by law, of the structure located at:
The North Fifty feet (N 50’) of the East Half (E ½) and the North Thirty-six Feet (N 36’) of the West Half (W ½) of Lot Twenty-two (22), and the North Fifty feet (N 50’) of Lots Twenty-three (23) and Twenty-four (24), Block Sixty-three (63), in the Original Addition to the City of Goodland, Sherman County, Kansas
may appear and show cause why such structure should not be condemned as an unsafe or dangerous structure and ordered repaired or demolished. This structure may also be referred to by its property address, 1116 Caldwell Ave.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 2018 by the Governing Body of the City of Goodland, Kansas.
