Space Walk
The first Saturday of March through July the High Plains Museum will host the Space Walk Program. This program is a come and go from 1:00 to 5:00 PM and will feature a different theme each month that relates to our current exhibit Earth From Space.
March will be all about weather. Take a look at the exhibit Earth From Space and see the world and its weather from a new perspective. Then after viewing the different types of weather on Earth try some experiments that will show and tell you about how certain weather happens. April will feature geography, May the stars, June our solar system, and July will explore rockets!
The Space Walk Program will have activities for every member of the family as well as the High Plains Museums immersive experience which allows you to get up close to the stars. Come out and enjoy the fun at the museum with the Space Walk Program Saturday March 2nd, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.
